Ingredients
- 2 large carrots grated
- 2 large baking potatoes sliced thin
- 1 pound Ground Beef 80/20
- 1/2 medium onion diced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- from mom: Preheat oven to 325 Slice potatoes and dice the onion, grate the carrots. Brown the burger and then layer all in a buttered casserole dish. Meat, spuds, onion, carrots repeat. Mix 1 can of cream of celery soup with 1 cup milk, pour over mixture. Bake in oven until edges browned and its bubbly. Serve with a salad and a biscuit.
